vivo Y78 smartphone passes NCC certification: Built-in 5000mAh battery, supports 44W charging

The Vivo Y78 smartphone has passed the NCC certification, with a product model of “V2244”, and is expected to be released along with the Vivo Y78+. According to the NCC certification page, the Vivo Y78 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging.

In addition, real-life photos of the new device have also appeared on the NCC certification page. From the photos, it can be seen that the phone will feature a curved screen, a square camera module at the back, and a triple camera design. No further information on the device’s specifications has been revealed yet.

The Vivo Y78+ is the first Y-series model to feature a curved screen with a centered punch-hole and is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and a Snapdragon 695 mobile platform that supports 44W fast charging. The Chinese version of the phone will run on OriginOS Ocean, while the international version is expected to run on Funtouch OS based on Android 13.
